Located 15 miles northwest of McCook, Nebraska and within minutes of the Red Willow SRA, the Bobwhite Perch lodge is perfect for singles, couples, family getaways, fishing trips, hunting trips, vacationing, family reunions, bird watching and exploring nature. If you are traveling with your horses, we have a place to board them. This fully furnished, recently renovated farmhouse has two bedrooms, a living room, eat-in kitchen and full bathroom on the main floor and two additional bedrooms upstairs...all featuring new queen sized beds with memory foam mattresses. A detached two car garage is available for your use as well as propane and charcoal grills. All this and the peace and quiet of being in the country make the Bobwhite Perch the perfect "home away from home".
We currently offer deer, pheasant/quail, dove, turkey and coyote hunting packages, and lodge rental for a quiet getaway from the hectic pace of every day life.

HUNTING PACKAGES
You can hunt Whitetail and Mule deer, pheasant and quail, turkey, dove, coyote, bobcat, and more on over 1700 acres of private land including pasture, CRP ground, crop ground, cover crops and food plots. Located in northwestern Red Willow County, Nebraska and bordering the Red Willow SRA, the rugged 4-wheel drive terrain is ideal for the Spot and Stalk hunting that this area is known for.
AREA ATTRACTIONS
Southwest Nebraska has many wonderful opportunities for various outdoor adventures. The Hugh Butler Lake (Red Willow SRA), just 11 miles north of McCook and minutes from the lodge, includes 4,320 acres of land around a 1,628 acre lake. Fishing, swimming, hiking, bird watching and boating are popular at this lake. The Red Willow SRA and area lakes provide excellent opportunities for fishing and water recreation. Heritage Hills Golf Course, located just west of McCook, is considered by many to be one of the most challenging course in the Midwest. Heritage Hills offers 5 sets of tees to accommodate all abilities ranging from 5261 yards from the forward tees to 7131 yards from the back tees. Located at the fairgrounds in McCook, the Kiplinger and Alice Arenas host team penning, roping and barrel racing, equestrian, rodeo and ag-related events.
For nature lovers, Southwest Nebraska is special. The native prairies attract a remarkable variety of interesting North American birds. Barnett Park, the Prairie Chicken Dance Tours and the Red Willow SRA are home to many unusual and spectacular species of birds.
